How much is rent?
Rent is $1,300 per month for 2nd level apartments, and $1,350 per month for ground level apartments. All ground level apartments include a private, attached storage unit.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $1,000 and separated into 2 payments; $500 to reserve the apartment and $500 upon occupancy. See below for more information about reserving apartments.
Do you have 1 or 2 bedroom apartments?
Sorry, no. All of our apartments have 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and approximately 1,000 sq/ft of living space. Visit our floor plan page that includes room dimensions and a 3-D model.

Do you provide Google Nest Security Cameras?
Yes. We install and provide a security camera for your private use. It's connected to your home's wireless network and provides you with text alerts for package deliveries and family members coming and going. You can also swivel the camera to monitor your pets while away.
What utilities do I pay?
Residents pay for power, water and natural gas. Every home has a 5-step energy-efficiency package that keeps energy bills low. The average monthly cost for all 3 utilities totaled together is approximately $120-$150.
Do you have fiber or cable internet options?
Yes. ATT Fiber is available as well as Spectrum internet and cable. Contact either service provider for price plans and options.
How is trash handled?
We provide valet trash service. Residents have a dedicated garbage tote behind their home for easy access. No messing with smelly dumpsters. No hauling garbage cans to the curb.
How are the apartments heated and cooled?
Each apartment has central air for heating and cooling. The fuel source for the furnace and water heater is natural gas. In addition, ceiling fans are provided in each bedroom plus the kitchen for your maximum comfort.
How many apartments are in a building?
Each building has 4 apartments with separate entrances, patios or decks.
How large are the bedrooms?
The master bedroom is very large. A king-sized bed fits easily on 2 of the walls while a queen-sized bed fits on any of the 4 walls. Both junior bedrooms are large enough to fit a queen-sized bed on any of 3 walls.
How much storage space is there?
Lots! The master bedroom features a 6' long walk-in closet with multiple shelves and closet rods. The junior bedrooms have double-wide closets. There's a pantry off the kitchen, a coat closet in the hallway and a full-sized laundry room. Our spacious kitchens feature 24 drawers and cabinets for lots of storage space. Storage units below the stairs are available with all ground floor apartments.
How is parking handled?
Each apartment is assigned 2 off-street parking spots in well-lit parking areas. Assigned parking is offered free of charge.
Are smart keyless entries secure?
Yes, more secure than a standard deadbolt. Each smart keyless entry features multiple built-in alarm options which adds another level of security to your home. Safe and convenient!
How many USB hubs are provided?
Two high-speed USB charging hubs are installed in each apartment. Each USB hub provides 2-4 ports. The hubs contain smart chips that recognize and optimize the charging demands of your device so you spend less time charging and more time enjoying.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, adult cats and dogs are welcome! All pets must be 1-year or older. Limit of 2 pets per household. There is a one-time Pet Registration Fee due for each pet which is non-refundable. The fee is $200 for pets under 35 lbs and $300 for pets 35 lbs and up. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. We provide several "Fido" waste station in the community for your convenience.
What schools are close by?
We are located just blocks from our senior high school and elementary school. Our middle school is within 1 mile. Visit our Amenities page to checkout a helpful online tool displaying a map of local schools.
What are the amenities?
Our apartment homes are loaded with lots of modern conveniences, features and amenities. Check our list of Amenities.
How is maintenance handled?
We are highly committed to prompt and professional maintenance. In addition, preventative maintenance is provided twice a year to replace furnace filters, inspect smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, check for water leaks, clear drains and address any maintenance issues. Your home is always maintained to the highest standards.
Can I pay rent online?
Yes, all payments are processed online FREE of charge to Residents through your phone, tablet or PC. Many Residents enjoy the convenience of our mobile app. Check our Residents page for a tutorial on our easy online rent payment process.
How much is the application fee?
Applications are conveniently submitted online with a $40 screening fee for each person 18 years of age and older. Apply Now.
How are applications approved?
All applicants are treated with the same level of care and held to the same screening standards. Our communities safety, security and peace of mind is our highest commitment. Do I need to reserve an apartment?
Reserving an apartment is not required, but strongly recommended. Only approved applicants can reserve an apartment and only confirmed openings can be reserved. Reserving an apartment takes it off the market while being held exclusively for you. No extra fees are required to reserve an apartment. You simply pay half of your security deposit in advance. If you choose not to reserve an apartment, it remains on the market and other approved applicants can reserve it.
Can I see an apartment before I reserve it?
Absolutely! Please note, we only show vacant apartments. We do not show occupied homes. If you'd like to tour an apartment before you reserve one, let us know. We'll schedule a showing with you in our next vacant apartment before the future resident moves in.
Do you accept military residents?
Yes. We're honored to be a preferred housing provider for our dedicated service members. Please call for more information about our military specials for active-duty applicants. We observe and follow all SCRA Guidelines which allows you to terminate your lease as required if you receive PCS orders.
